Pre-PELs

Pre-Presidents-Elect Learning Seminars (Pre-PELS) are preparatory sessions designed to equip incoming Rotary club presidents with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective leadership. These sessions serve as a foundation for the more comprehensive Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) and focus on:

• Understanding Rotary's Structure and Programs: Familiarizing presidents-elect with Rotary International's organizational framework and key initiatives.

• Leadership Development: Enhancing leadership capabilities to effectively guide club activities and member engagement.

• Strategic Planning: Assisting in setting goals and developing actionable plans for the upcoming Rotary year.

• Resource Utilization: Introducing tools and resources available through Rotary, such as the Learning Center, to support club operations and projects.

Participation in Pre-PELS is crucial for a successful tenure as club president, ensuring readiness to lead and make a meaningful impact in the community.
